Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Products returned without original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
