Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must not be damaged by misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Used products
• Products damaged by improper use
• Items without original packaging

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through an agreed payment method after the returned item has been received and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
